During PAUL Bread Masterclass, you will be able to learn PAUL traditional techniques on baking bread from kneading, shaping and baking the dough.
At the end of the course, you will be able to re-produce this method at home and
we hope you’ll become as passionate as we are when it comes to produce hand-crafted bread!
You will also go home with recipes, your own freshly baked bread and a baker kit.
The courses take place in PAUL Bankside (16 Summer Street Unit 4 Blue Fin Building - London SE1 9JZ) and
in PAUL Covent Garden-Le Restaurant de Paul (29 Bedford Street - LONDON WC2E 9ED).
